Cambridge colleges have a reputation - and ours is great! We are one of the friendliest colleges and think lots of people that should have applied miss out.

How did you find out about Homerton College? For some of you it might have been through word of mouth from past or current students, others might have heard a talk from a student or member of staff. University life doesn’t advertise itself; with so many universities to choose from, students often need an extra helping hand to get the information they need. This includes the truth about debt, what it’s like living with other students, how hard the work is and how much of it there is! That’s where I come in. I’m responsible for giving you the opportunity to chat to school pupils about life at University, particularly Cambridge, through what is known as Target and Access.

Each college has a TARGET area which they work closely with and visit on occasion — ours is the Doncaster region. We also work towards broadening ACCESS to university, Cambridge and Homerton. Hopefully, after a few weeks you’ll be loving Homerton so much you’ll want to give other people the opportunity to apply here too, so get in touch! I’ll be at Freshers’ events, or you can email me on hom-access@homerton.cam.ac.uk and be added to our mailing list so you’ll always know about every opportunity! Not only that, T&A is great fun and I can’t wait to meet you all!
